Downloading information from this site for personal use is permitted, while non-commercial use is strictly prohibited. Any copying, amending, or modifications whatsoever from the contents of this Website without the written permission from Rentals Gone Wild is prohibited. We reserve the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations, including termination of your use of Website.

Disclaimer. Properties authorized to work with us prior to May 2011 may be registered under a different Program, and certain aspects of our Terms of Use, Policies and Service may not be applicable to them. Please contact our office with questions, or options to change Programs, should you believe you fall into this category.

Agreement Between You and RentalsGoneWild.com by Rentals Gone Wild LLCLLC (the “Website”). We appreciate you using our services at RentalsGoneWild.com or in downloadable mobile applications. For purposes of our Agreement, the term "Website" in regards to advertising services may, at our option, include any current or future domestic co-branded websites, affiliated websites, private-label websites, and/or international websites in which Website currently participates or may participate in the future. The following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") apply to your use of Website and by using Website, you explicitly accept these Terms of Use. In additional to Terms of Use, we strongly recommend that you also read the information contained in the other pages throughout Website (also referenced as links throughout this agreement). We and a user, in some cases, may enter into a separate agreement and may reference these Terms of Use. The term "Agreement" shall mean the agreement formed between you and us pursuant to these Terms of Use, in addition to our Legal and Privacy notices directly above, the Fees and Services Policy, and by the law applicable under Equal Housing Opportunity. Any other terms and conditions posted on Website, or written or verbally expressed between you and us, may change at any time and will be incorporated herein by reference.

Fees and Services. Prospective renters (“Renters”) may search through available rental units (“Properties”) within our Website free of charge as outlined in our Fees and Services Policy. There is, likewise, no charge for non-commercial individuals posting their private residences as advertisements on our Website. Commercial property managers may also advertise for free on our Website, but may incur a charge if a lease is procured. Lessors should review our Fees and Services Policy to see under what conditions a charge is imposed. If you are a Lessor, by submitting your Property's information, you consent to the placement of information about the Property on Website, subject to our Privacy and Legal policies, Terms of Use, and our Agreement.

Content Requirements. To maintain and assure the value of Website services, you agree that all of the information you have provided to Website, whether online or otherwise, is accurate and complete. Employees of Rentals Gone Wild LLC may enter public information on your behalf, that was originally provided by your Property, or written or verbal information disclosed to Rentals Gone Wild LLC by your Property. Lessors shall be responsible for preparing and submitting the Property advertisements to Website, or you may opt to have Rentals Gone Wild create a listing on your behalf, and User shall be solely liable for ensuring that such advertisements are accurate, and comply with all applicable laws and provisions. User understand and agrees that all listings, postings, messages, emails, calls, text, images, photos, videos, files, sounds and all other materials (“Content”) transmitted through, or linked from Website, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. Website does its best to prescreen and approve Content, but will not be held liable for said Content. Website has the right, but not the obligation, in its sole discretion to refuse, delete, or modify any Content that is available on Website for violating the terms of this Agreement or for any other discretionary reason

Content & Conduct Restrictions. The following include, but are not limited to, restricted Content information and conduct:

• Illegal discriminatory preferences are prohibited, which details may be found under the Fair Housing Act as well as state and local laws. This includes, but is not limited to Content or conduct that harasses, degrades, intimates or is hateful towards an individual or group of individuals on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, ethnicity, age, religion, source of income, or disability;
• Purposely inaccurate, misleading and/or deceitful information, conduct that constitutes “bait and switch,” is prohibited. If done in error, you are responsible for correcting it. Please ensure that all information is accurate and complete prior to submission;
• Content of your advertisement, and conduct with users, may not contain nudity, pornography, lewd references, be sexually suggestive in any way, be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, harmful to minors in any way, or violative to intellectual or other proprietary rights;
• Private rentals may post personal contact data; however, personal Information of property management companies is restricted. The text and accompanying images of property management listings must not include property contact information, including phone numbers, emails, or URLs, or other references to other websites. This includes information that may be visible within photos;
• Content and conduct may not impersonate, or misrepresent affiliation, any person or entity affiliated with a property, person, entity, or Rentals Gone Wild;
• Affiliate marketing, link referral codes, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial advertising is strictly prohibited;
• Advertising any illegal services or sale of any items prohibited by the Terms of Use, or that are restricted by applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Website or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Website and services offered;
• Software viruses or any other code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any user or entity, including Rentals Gone Wild and Website;
• Infringing on any trademark, trade secret, patent, copyright or other proprietary rights of another party;
• Request that a Renter wire funds, including Western Union or MoneyGram;
• Advertise a Property for a lease term of less than 31 days;
• Require a Renter to pay a non-refundable application fee when no actual or imminent vacancy exists;
• Use of any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access Website for any purpose without our expressed written permission;
• Use Website if you are not able to form legally binding contracts or under the age of 18;
• Users who are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from Website.

Your License to Us. . When you give us, or otherwise authorize us to use Content, you represent that you have sufficient rights to this Content and the rights to make this Content grant. Now and in the future, you grant us nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly display and exercise all copyright, publicity and database rights related to the Content.

Our License to You. Website hereby authorizes you to view, copy, download and print the information and data ("Materials") available on Website, but modifying, republishing, duplicating, or redistributing Materials, including but not limited to any copyrighted or trademarked material, is prohibited. Certain additional provisions apply. If you are a Renter, the Materials must only be used for personal, noncommercial purposes. Renters are only permitted to utilize Website to search for housing, communicate with Rentals Gone Wild and Lessors, and access other move-related services and discounts. Lessors may only use Materials for purposes of using services within Website, and are permitted to advertise Properties and communicate with Renters and Rentals Gone Wild.

Services Not Provided. Rentals Gone Wild is a licensed, Florida real estate brokerage; however, has no fiduciary duties to Renters; does not accompany Renters to appointments or tours; does not perform credit checks; does not render legal, real estate, or other professional advice or services; and as such, is not responsible for any actual lease transactions, rental inspections, or the verification and accuracy of information provided by Renters or Lessors. Website is not responsible for the accuracy of any information available on Website, and is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations, whether made by Lessors, Renters or otherwise, and all information obtained on this Website must be verified independently. While Rentals Gone Wild and Website complies with applicable state and federal laws and civil rights, it cannot guarantee that its users comply; thus, assumes no liability for others’ compliance and any damages as a result.

Resolution of Disputes. If a dispute arises between you and Rentals Gone Wild, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. We strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by calling 866-454-7912, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m EST. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.

Default and Remedies. In the event you default to pay us the specified advertising fees when due, we will have the right to suspend your advertisements from Website; terminate our Agreement; ban your use of Website; impose interest on your past due amounts equal to the lower of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law; impose an administrative service fee equal to five percent (5%) of all amounts past due; reserve the right to condition your continued use of Website on the basis of requiring a security deposit, prepayment, or fee increase.

Notices. If you are a Lessor, we may give you legal notice by mail to the address provided during the registration process.

General By using this Website, you agree to our Terms of Use and to abide by our policies posted on Website. It is our right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate a user’s account at our discretion and without notice. Website may rely on your electronic signature to create a binding valid agreement. Rentals Gone Wild may contact you via phone, mail, email, or fax to provide information to Lessors and Renters regarding products, services, and changes. When Renters disclose their email or phone number to us, we have the right to contact them, in order to update them about requested information; scheduling appointments; property updates, for general follow-up; and any other pertinent information relative to renting.
